Missouri S&T’s Global and Strategic Partnerships division oversees the university’s global and online learning, international and cultural affairs, and corporate relations. The office develops faculty, student, research and exchange relationships with select international universities. It gives students a variety of ways to complete online courses and degrees, and provides industrial and government partners access to exceptional research, solutions and renowned expertise and services.

The global learning department coordinates the university’s online undergraduate and graduate degrees and graduate certificate programs, high school summer camps, non-credit courses and continuing education opportunities. The department is comprised of four units:
- Distance and Continuing Education
- Engineering Education Center (St. Louis)
- Video Communications Center
The office of international and cultural affairs provides services to international students and scholars, including:
- Admissions, fees and housing information
- Immigration/visa advisement and reporting services
- English language training through the Applied Language Institute
- Sponsored student services
- Study abroad opportunities
The university’s corporate relations office works with industrial and government partners on programs designed for innovation, success and longevity. Partners have access to university resources and experts needed to grow their business, claim leadership, and implement their vision. The corporate relations office also provides persons external to the university a point of contact to easily find experts to assist in the solution of technical problems. The office of sustainable energy and environmental engagement (OSE3) is a branch of S&T's corporate relations.
